Led the development and launch of THOR’S connected vehicle platform for North America’s largest RV manufacturer, aligning cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive product innovation.

EV Infrastructure Assessment
Collaborated with THOR and Notre Dame’s Industry Labs to develop charging infrastructure analysis tools for rural eRV viability, leading to a go-to-market shift toward rental and a transition from BEV to HEV product design.

Location-Based Services Pilot
Nomadics partnered with THOR Industries and Notre Dame to design and run an 18-month pilot with 1,000 participants, ultimately demonstrating increased usage, lower churn, and higher lifetime value when the vehicle location is known.
